Comenity looks to be making upcoming changes to the benefits of the Playstation credit card that they acquired back in September 2019. There initially looked to be no change to the terms in sight, but on December 10th, 2020 cardholders were notified of the following changes which bring back restaurant bonuses in the form of 2x points (it was originally 3x,) as well as 3x points on cable & internet which has replaced the 3x bonus points from mobile phone bill payments. The statement credits for Playstation Plus & Now memberships have also been removed.
Starting January 11, 2021 you will be able to enjoy the following benefits when you use your PlayStation® Card:
5X directly from PlayStation®
Score points when you shop consoles, games and more directly from PlayStation.
5X PlayStation and Sony products
Earn points on purchases of PlayStation and Sony products at authorized retailers with purchase confirmation
NEW! 3X cable & internet
Earn points on your cable and internet bill payments
NEW! 2X restaurants
Earn points on restaurants including takeout, fast food and delivery services
1X all other purchases
Earn 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases like gas and groceries

You will no longer receive the following benefits starting January 11:
• 3X mobile phone bill payment
• 50% back as a statement credit off a new PlayStation®Plus 12-month subscription when you use your PlayStation Card and spend $3,000 within one year of your credit card anniversary date. Benefit will be honored through 12/31/2021
• 10% back as a statement credit off PlayStation™Now with purchase on your PlayStation Card
