As of 2PM CST on 2/23/2021 LinkedIn is down worldwide. LinkedIn support tweeted out confirming it was experiencing several issues on all platforms including mobile & desktop.
The tweet reads:
"Some members may be experiencing an issue with accessing LinkedIn on mobile and desktop. We’re working on this as we speak and will provide updates as we have them. Thanks for your patience!" - @LinkedInHelp
Users are encountering errors when trying to access the webpage or app. We will be reporting as the issue develops

As of 2:12pm the issue looks to have resolved in the United States.
