David Wilharm of Highroad Wine & Spirits contacted Nizel Corporation because they were experiencing numerous connection issues that turned into a major outage. Nizel showed up on site & identified the issue which was an improperly setup coaxial wiring connection. After resolving the issue, Nizel Corporation let the ISP know what they needed to do to permanently resolve the issues.
